在农业发展过程中，全县农技推广与信息网络不断健全，开通了“德清农网”，建立了“信息入乡”工程，开办了青虾门诊医院，设施农业与开始起步。目前全县农业科技贡献率已达50%以上。

    In process of the agricultural development ,the information network for spreading the agricultural technology has been perfected continously."Deqing Agriculture Network" has been put in use.And the "Send Information to Countrysides" project has been established. Freshwater shrimp clinic is also set up. Facility agriculture now starts. The rate of scientific & technological contribution in county's agriculture has reached 50 per cent or above .

　　农村科技信息网络比较健全，宽带网已覆盖全县各乡镇，2002年网上发农产品交易额超亿元，成交额也达3000万元以上。
